Anything you do in life,you need energy & excitement to accomplish it.Excitement comes into our nature once we venture into a new model.For students a new class with new books excites & enthusiast them.Like wise in Franchise a new business model excites any businessman to be a part of a brand that has already been proven as a successful & profitable brand. The challenge remains to make it successful in our own location where it is venturing into.

What is Franchise???

No bookish answer No wiki answer...we need a practical answer!!!

Franchise is not about just using the name of a Brand by paying a certain amount or about using the rights given by a company,it's about accepting a challenge to successfully manage the brand in a new location & in a new market with different class of people.

The Entrepreneur accepting the challenge is  FRANCHISEE & the Entrepreneur who gave birth to the Brand is FRANCHISER.

Behind the success of every Brand a healthy & supportive relationship between both plays a crucial role.The Franchiser needs to understand that his Franchisee is not his employee but a business partner who is independently attributing to the growth of the organisation.The same lies for the Franchisee that the Brand is made by the Franchiser & he should abide by the principles & ethics laid down by the former.

It's just my view,my perception of Franchise model.I would love to welcome comments of every franchisee & every entrepreneur who are into the business & gave it a new meaning.
